We sell dog toys — and we love what we do! Here are a few things to keep in mind when shopping with us:

 

•       Our toys are intended for dogs and supervised play only. Always monitor your pet during play to ensure their safety.

•       Product photos and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them, but colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.

•       We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or adjust pricing at any time without prior notice.

•       All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to applicable taxes.

 

We want every toy to be a hit with your pup — but please use your judgment about which toys are appropriate for your dog's size, age, and chewing habits.

 

Placing an order with us is easy! When you submit an order, you're making an offer to purchase the items in your cart at the listed price. A few things to note:

 

•       You'll receive an order confirmation email after checkout — hang onto that, it's your receipt.

•       We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, for example if an item is out of stock or if we suspect fraud. If that happens, we'll let you know and issue a full refund.

•       By placing an order, you confirm that all information you've provided (name, address, payment info) is accurate and belongs to you.

 

We work hard to keep our pricing accurate and fair. Here's how it works:

 

•       All transactions are processed securely through Shopify's payment system. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.

•       In the rare event of a pricing error on our site, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you. You'll always receive a full refund if this happens.

•       Applicable sales tax will be added at checkout based on your shipping address and local tax laws.

 

We ship standard delivery only throughout the United States. We select the best carrier for your order at our discretion. Here's the quick version:

 

•       Flat rate shipping of $5.00 applies to all orders.

•       Free shipping is included on any order with 2 or more dog toys.

•       Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–8 business days.

•       We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events outside our control.

We want you to love what you ordered! If something isn't right, here's the short version of our return policy:

 

•       Returns are accepted on unused items in original, sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery.

•       Photo approval is required before sending anything back. Please email us first at team@justbirthdays.com.

•       Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

•       Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We genuinely care about the quality of our products and do our best to describe them accurately. That said, we want to be upfront:

 

Our products are provided "as is." While we stand behind our toys, we cannot guarantee that every toy will be suitable for every dog. Supervise your pet during play and discontinue use if a toy becomes damaged. Just Birthdays / Pets Are Home Inc. is not liable for any injury to a pet or person resulting from misuse or unsupervised play.

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Just Birthdays / Pets Are Home Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

 

This doesn't mean we don't care — we absolutely do. It just means we have to include this language to protect the business. If something goes wrong, please reach out to us first at team@justbirthdays.com and we'll do everything we can to make it right.

 

Your privacy matters to us. When you shop with us, we collect only the information needed to process and fulfill your order (like your name, address, and email). We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
