Return & Refund Policy — Dog Toys

At Pets Are Home Inc. (Just Birthdays), your satisfaction and your pet's happiness are our top priorities. We stand behind the quality of our dog toys and want you to feel confident in every purchase. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.

 

We accept returns on dog toys that meet ALL of the following conditions:

 

•       The item is in its original, unopened packaging

•       The toy has not been used, played with, or handled by a pet

•       The original tags, labels, and packaging materials are fully intact

•       The return request is submitted within 30 days of the original delivery date

•       Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

 

Items that do not meet every condition above are not eligible for a return or refund.

 

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

 

•       Any toy that has been removed from its original packaging

•       Any toy that shows signs of use, chewing, slobber, or pet contact

•       Items marked "Final Sale" or purchased at a clearance discount

•       Items returned without prior approval from our team

•       Gift cards or promotional items

 

Follow these steps to start your return:

 

•       Step 1 — Contact Us: Email us at team@justbirthdays.com or use our online return request form. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

•       Step 2 — Submit Photos: Attach clear photographs of the item(s) showing the original packaging is sealed, unopened, and undamaged. Photos must clearly display all sides of the package.

•       Step 3 — Await Approval: Our team will review your photos and respond within 3–5 business days. Do not ship your item until you receive written approval from us.

•       Step 4 — Ship the Item: Once approved, mail the item using a trackable shipping method to the address below. Returns sent without prior approval will be refused and returned to sender.

Pets Are Home Inc. does not cover or reimburse return shipping costs. All return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return shipment.

 

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Once we receive your returned item, our team will physically inspect it within 3–5 business days to confirm:

 

•       The item matches the photos submitted during the approval request

•       Packaging is fully sealed and undamaged

•       The item shows no signs of use or pet contact

 

If the returned item does not match the submitted photos or fails our inspection, we reserve the right to deny the refund and return the item to you at your expense.

 

Upon successful inspection and approval of your return, a full refund for the purchase price of the item(s) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note:

 

•       Refunds are for the item purchase price only — original shipping charges are not refunded

•       Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement

•       We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed

 

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at team@justbirthdays.com. Include photos of the damage or defect along with your order number. In these cases, we will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

 

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return following the steps above and place a new order separately.

 

Return requests submitted after 30 days of the original delivery date will not be accepted. We are unable to make exceptions to this policy.
