Shipping Policy — Dog Toys

1. Overview

Thank you for shopping with Pets Are Home Inc (Just Birthdays). We are committed to getting your dog toys to you quickly, safely, and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below so you know exactly what to expect after placing your order.

 

2. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

 

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

Note: During high-volume periods (holidays, promotional events), processing may take up to 3 business days.

 

3. Shipping & Estimated Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States only using standard shipping. We select the best carrier for your order at our discretion:

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays.

 

4. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping when you purchase any two or more dog toys in a single order, regardless of the value of each toy. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when the qualifying quantity is met. This offer applies to domestic US orders only.

 

5. Shipping Carriers

We ship via major carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We ship standard delivery only. The carrier is selected at our discretion based on your location and package size — we always choose the method that best ensures safe, timely delivery.

 

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after your shipping confirmation is sent.

 

If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at team@justbirthdays.com.

 

7. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Pets Are Home Inc. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at team@justbirthdays.com — we will do our best to update it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

 

Orders that are returned to us due to an undeliverable or incorrect address will be subject to a re-shipping fee before being resent.

 

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Pets Are Home Inc. is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they have been handed off to the carrier and marked as delivered. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, we recommend:

 

•       Checking around your property and with neighbors

•       Waiting 24–48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered prematurely

•       Contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number to file a claim

•       Reaching out to us at team@justbirthdays.com if the issue is unresolved

 

We will assist where we can, but we are not liable for carrier loss or porch theft after confirmed delivery.

 

9. Items Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at team@justbirthdays.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will work with you to issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.

 

Please retain all original packaging materials until the issue is resolved, as carriers may require them for a damage claim.

 

10. P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS Standard Shipping. We do ship to APO/FPO military addresses via USPS; however, delivery times may vary and are not guaranteed.

 

11. Holiday & Peak Season Delays

During major holidays and peak shopping seasons (e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's), carrier delays are common and beyond our control. We recommend placing orders early during these periods. Pets Are Home Inc. is not responsible for carrier delays during peak seasons.
